By the invitation of Sharja Art foundation Tehran Zine is participation at Focal point 2024.
Focal Point is Sharjah’s annual art book fair, organized by the Sharjah Art Foundation. It brings together artists’ presses, bookmakers, self-publishers, and non-commercial cultural producers from around the world, with a special focus on the UAE and the wider region.
The fair serves as a platform for knowledge-sharing and community building, featuring a diverse selection of printed materials that explore and experiment with the medium of publishing. In addition to the exhibition, Focal Point offers workshops, talks, readings, and presentations, fostering engagement with independent publishing and its role in cultural discourse.
